Defence of the Ancients 2 .

Some people recognized it with the name of, DotA
Some people said, DotA is like a cocaine.
Some people look, DotA is a drug.
In malay word, they calling "Dunia Orang Tanpa Awek" - phrase for the boys

is DotA aka Defence of the Ancients, such a bad thing/programme/application/sites/ etc... ?

DotA 2 logo
DotA 2, is a multiplayer online battle arena video game that has been officially released in july 2013 by, Valve Corporation,

Platforms involved for this epic-game are Microsoft Windows, OS X, and also Linux.
The game is available exclusively through Valve's content-delivery platform, Steam.

Dota 2 has become the most actively played game on Steam, with daily peaks of over 800,000 concurrent player.

Steam login interface. Do add me for those play =)

DotA 2, is played in discrete matches invloving two teams(each teams consists of five members). Each team occupied at own stronghold and the objective is to destroy opponent main buliding called 'Ancients'.

Each player will control one 'hero' / 'charcater' and focuses on leveling up, collecting gold, accquiring suitable item and fight against opponent to achieve victory.

Choice of heroes.
The player may choose one hero from a selection pool of 108 that divided into 3 classes (Strength, Agility, Intelligence). Either by 'choose'
or 'random'. What can I say, each hero have their own power and skill so it is unfair to say only certain hero are strong while other are weak. It is depending on how we play the hero and since each team consist of five player, "teamwork" is a very suitable word to describe this game.

At least, DotA had taught the player to be a "teamwork" person. So, it is not a wasteful to play game like DotA.
What a game looks alike.

Ancient destroyed = lost.

HOW TO MAKE HOME MADE MURUKU

HOW TO MAKE HOME MADE MURUKU

Murukku is a crispy snack which we usually make during festival of light.  Last time during my trip to India, my mom made the flour and packed for me. But unfortunately idue to slight excess in the size of baggage i have to leave this at home. I never thought of making flour for this at home in the mixer(mixie) , but when i tried making yesterday it turned out pretty well .

INGREDIENTS:(TO MAKE THE FLOUR)

THIS MAKES 4 CUPS OF FLOUR

  • To make murukku: ( I made with 1 cup flour and this yielded 10 murukku of medium size)
    • Add the flour, butter, salt, sesame seeds, asafoetida in a wide mouthed vessel.
    • Add water to make this into a soft pliable dough.
    • Take a handful of dough and place this in a murukku presser.
    • RAW RICE3 CUPS
      CHANNA DAL1/4 CUP +1 TBLSP
      YELLOW MOONG DAL1/2 CUP

      SOFTENED BUTTER1/2 TSP
      OILFOR DEEP FRYING
WATERTO KNEAD THE DOUGH(1/2 CUP APPROX.)
      SESAME SEEDS(ELLU)1/4 TSP
      ASAFOETIDA2 PINCHES
      SALT  AS NEEDED

      METHOD:
      For the flour:

      • Dry roast the  dal and channa dal together till nice aroma comes.(for 3-5 mins in medium flame)
      • Do not get it burnt.
      • When it is cool, grind this along with raw rice in a mixie.
      • Sieve this and again powder this ,till it turns out into a smooth flour.
      • The mixer may get over heated. Making flour in mixer in advisable for small quantities.
      • If you stay in a place where you have flour mill, then half of the job is done.
      • Spread the flour in a plate and store it in a airtight container.
      • The flour is ready to use.

      • Use this aachu  for mullu murukku.Or you can use the 3 stars one also.
      • Heat the oil till it becomes hot.
      • Make a round shape in a laddle and just transfer it to the oil.

        • When it sizzling sound subsides take this out from the hot oil and drain the excess oil in the kitchen towel.
        • Repeat this process for the remaining dough.

THE TRAVEL TO LEARN GONGFU(少林寺-SHAO LIN SI)

AIR FORCE ONE

AIR FORCE ONE

1."Air Force One" isn't technically a plane: It's simply the radio call name for any U.S. Air Force plane carrying the president of the United States. As soon as the president steps aboard an Air Force plane, that plane is referred to as Air Force One by the crew and all air traffic controllers, in order to avoid confusion with any other planes in the area. If the president rides on an Army aircraft, that aircraft is Army One, and whenever he boards his specialized helicopter, that craft is Marine One. Civilians generally refer to the physical plane itself as Air Force One

2.Today, there are actually two customized Boeing 747-200B jets that regularly fly under this designation. They are nearly identical and are almost as tall as a six story building, and as long as a city block.

3.Air Force One is one of the most recognizable symbols of the presidency. Emblazoned with the words "United States of America," the American flag, and the Seal of the President of the United States, it is an undeniable presence wherever it flies

4.Air Force One has unlimited range and can carry the President wherever he needs to travel. The onboard electronics are hardened to protect against an electromagnetic pulse, and Air Force One is equipped with advanced secure communications equipment, allowing the aircraft to function as a mobile command center in the event of an attack on the United States. The media refer to it as “The flying Oval Office” or the “ The flying White House”. On September 11th, 2001, the president's plane showed that it was much more than an executive jet -- it became a mobile bunker when all ground positions seemed vulnerable to attack

5.Airforce One has four General Electric CF6-80C2B1 jet engines, which provide 56,700 pounds of thrust a piece. The top speed is between 630 and 700 miles (about 1,126km) per hour and the ceiling maximum (i.e how high the plane can fly) is 45,100 feet (commercial 747s fly at about 30,000 feet)

6.The plane carries 53,611 gallons (about 203,000 litres) of fuel and weighs 833,000 pounds (about 377,000 kg) fully loaded for a long-range mission. With a full tank, the plane can fly half way around the world. The plane has mid-ir refueling capability. As with the B-2 and other combat craft, in-flight refueling gives Air Force One the ability to stay up in the air indefinitely, which could be crucial in an emergency situation

7.Inside, the President and his travel companions enjoy 4,000 square feet of floor space on three levels, including an extensive suite for the President that features a large office, lavatory, and conference room. The president has onboard living quarters, with his own bedroom, bathroom, workout room/gym and office space. Air Force One also includes a medical suite that can function as an operating room, and a doctor is permanently on board. The plane’s two food preparation galleys can feed 100 people at a time

8.Air Force One also has quarters for those who accompany the President, including senior advisors, Secret Service officers, traveling press, and other guests. Several cargo planes typically fly ahead of Air Force One to provide the President with services needed in remote locations

9.The two planes are military aircraft, designed to withstand an air attack. Among other things, the plane is outfitted with electronic counter measures (ECM) to jam enemy radar. The plane can also eject flares to throw heat-seeking missiles off course.

10.The plane is completely off limits to Many. Even visiting politicians and journalists aren't allowed in some parts of the plane, and the Air Force is careful to conceal specific details of the craft's layout including its advanced avionics and defenses

11.One of the most remarkable feature on the plane is its extensive electronics. It has 85 onboard telephones, a collection of two-way radios, fax machines and computer connections. It also has 19 televisions and assorted office equipment. The phone system is set up for normal air to ground connections and secure lines. The president and his staff can reach just about anybody in the world while cruising tens of thousands of feet in the air. The onboard electronics include about 238 miles of wiring (twice the amount you'd find in a normal 747). Heavy shielding is tough enough to protect the wiring and crucial electronics from the electromagnetic pulse associated with a nuclear blast

12.Air Force one is a military aircraft, designed to withstand an air attack. Among other things, the plane is outfitted with electronic counter measures (ECM) to jam enemy radar. The plane can also eject flares to throw heat-seeking missiles off course. Some of the most interesting parts of the plane -- its advanced avionics and defenses -- are classified

13.Every Air Force One flight is classified as a military operation, and it is handled as such. Air Force crews at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland carefully inspect the plane, and the runway, before every flight. When it's time to head off, the Marine One helicopter brings the president from the White House to Andrews Air Force Base. Teams all over the base keep an eye out for any unauthorized craft in the area and are authorized to shoot on sight. In advance of every Air Force One flight, the Air Force crew sends C141 Starlifter cargo carrier planes, toting the president's motorcade, to the destination. This collection of bulletproof limousines and vans, loaded with weaponry, keeps the president safe on the ground.

14.Air Force One can comfortably carry 70 passengers and 26 crew members . These crew members are carefully screened military personnel, with exemplary service histories. Even the crew members who prepare meals must operate with a high level of security. For example, when buying food, they must hit the stores undercover, and they must select markets at random, in order to protect the president from a poison attack. Onboard the plane, the crew provides 24-hour first class service.

US PRESIDENT OFFICIAL LIMO ( THE BEAST )

10 INTERESTING FACT ABOUT THE BEAST

But President Obama's Cadillac isn't really a Cadillac. In fact, about all it shares with the crested wreath sedans you can buy from your local dealership are some styling cues. Still, The Beast is definitely a sight to behold - and there are few times it is better showcased than during an inaugural.

Not much is actually known about The Beast since it falls under the Secret Service's classified motor pool, but a few specifications and secrets have leaked out over the last few years. We pieced through what we could to provide you with this breakdown of 10 things worth knowing about Cadillac One, Limo One or... The Beast.

10 Things to Know About the President's Limo

1. It isn't a Cadillac. Unlike any presidential state car before it, The Beast shares little in common with a standard production car. Its chassis, diesel engine and transmission are based on those used in the Chevrolet Kodiak, a rugged commercial vehicle used as everything from a dump truck to a U-Haul truck.

Some standard trim pieces, like headlamps from an Escalade and tail lights from the now-discontinued STS keep it looking vaguely Cadillac-like.

2. It has its own airplane. The Secret Service makes use of a C-17 Globemaster transport aircraft to haul The Beast, a second limo and a heavily armored Chevrolet Suburban communications vehicle, any time the President is traveling. The Suburban is nicknamed Roadrunner and it is said to be a rolling communications office directly linked to a military satellite - hence the SATCOM dome festooned to its roof

3. Calling it armored is an understatement. There is probably not a better-armored vehicle with windows on the planet than The Beast. Its armor plating is said to be 8 inches thick and its doors weigh as much as those on a Boeing 757 aircraft. Five-inch thick bulletproof windows contain at least five layers to put a damper on any effort by subversives. And those gigantic, nearly bus-size Goodyear tires are Kevlar-reinforced run-flats capable of keeping The Beast on the road for quite some distance if needed. The interior is sealed off from the outside world to reduce risks of a chemical attack, while a special foam surrounds the fuel tank to insulate it in the event of an impact.

4. It's exceedingly well-equipped. Pop open The Beast's trunk and it is said that you'll find everything from firefighting equipment and oxygen tanks to a cache of the president's blood type. There are tear gas canisters, shotguns and, supposedly, grenade launchers, integrated into The Beast. The Secret Service has learned a lot since President John F. Kennedy's open-top Lincoln Continental was fired upon on Elm Street in Dallas.

5. It holds seven passengers. At the very least, The Beast has three passengers aboard - the driver, the president's lead Secret Service protective agent in the front passenger seat and, of course, the president himself. However, four additional seats in the back are available - three rearward facing spots on a bench and one spot next to the president for a guest. A folding desk separates the president from his guest's spot.

Somewhat surprisingly, the president's bench is covered in a dark blue cloth rather than leather (although plenty of hide is on board). Shoulder belts that retract toward the center of the bench and buckle into the outboard corners - the reverse of a normal rear seat - are included.

6. The Beast is not alone. The Secret Service actually has a few Beast-like vehicles. Although it's not known whether they're all functionally identical, some look more like a Cadillac DTS than The Beast. The other limousines are used for high-ranking foreign officials and VIP guests when they're in Washington, D.C. It isn't known why the Secret Service rotates between presidential vehicles, however.

In addition, the President sometimes travels in a heavily-armored Chevrolet Suburban or a modified Prevost bus known as Ground Force One rather than The Beast.

7. It runs on diesel. The Beast is believed to use a Duramax diesel engine closely related to that featured under the hood of Chevrolet and GMC's full-size heavy duty pickup trucks. Why diesel? Aside from the durability associated with diesel engines, the fuel has a low volatility that reduces the risk of it exploding - and it can be found everywhere in the world, unlike high quality unleaded fuel.

8. Its pilot is a heck of a driver. Even though The Beast has more in common with a school bus than a sports car, its highly-trained drivers can execute tight J-turns and other police-style evasion techniques in the event of a situation gone south. The Secret Service drivers have undergone extensive training on a secluded site (believed to be a military base) with input from GM engineers and test drivers.

9. Its specs will not impress you. Burdened with lugging a rumored 20,000 lbs. worth of Beast around, the diesel engine isn't a rocket. Hitting 60 mph from a complete stop takes about 15 seconds, which is more than just about any new car we can think of, and the big car's top speed is said to max out at 60 mph. In addition, all that weight makes it a guzzler, sipping fuel at a rate of 8 mpg.

10. This year, it will make a political statement. In a politically-motivated move, President Obama chose to have D.C.'s available Taxation Without Representation license plates installed on The Beast. The White House says that the decision "demonstrates the president's commitment to the principle of full representation for the people of the District of Columbia and his willingness to fight for voting rights, home rule and budget autonomy for the District."
