One year seatime onboard of foreign going ship

First ship onboard of Eagle Venice (VLCC) and first step on Yeosu,South Korea with pumpan Amran and engine cadet Zaidi. This also my first time experienced of winter and four season country. It is so wonderful to have a shore leave at Korea
.

Going far and far away from ship and have a good time after one month voyage was so fascinating and it is chilling time yaw~~ :)

Chilling with my batch mate from ALAM but different course and it was not make any difference when get shore leave together. Enjoy the lunch at Pizza hut Yeosu and was treated by my 2/E and the picture taken by pumpan Amran,credit to him. ;)

This was my 2nd ship on FG Eagle San Pedro (SUEZMAX) and spend 9 months onboard of this beauty metal. A lot of sweet and bad memories lies on this ship. This picture was taken at Bay Of Biscay just before sunset. This was my 2nd season spend at four season country and it was just so amazing although cannot shore leave  for 9 months. Hello everyone,today is safety day lets enjoy our safety lunch with a lot of meals cooked by chief cook Razif from Malaysia. Nice food and I enjoy it a lot but first let take a picture with my officers."SAFETY IS OUR WAY OF LIFE" was decorated by my Capt Chew. :)

Fasting - "window" of eating. It is only have one or two meals without concerning the calories.

Marijuana or known as Cannabis, Weed, Bud and etc. is such a plant that is geographical origin in Central Asia and South Asia. The Active ingredients in this plant consists of Tetrahydrocannbinol, Cannabidiol, Cannabinol, and Tetrahydrocannabivarin. Their main producers are Afghanistan. Burma, Canada, China, Colombia, India, Jamaica, Laos, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Pakistan, Uruguay, Thailand, Turkey and United States.

ADVANTAGES

1)Physical Benefits - far searching, widespread and long-term. Because marijuana impacts hte Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) which expands the breath and relaxes the body, its potential for health and healing are enormous, and have been completely unrealized by Western Medicine.

2)Psychological Benefits - when we balance the ANS, there is an effect on the mind that is both energizing and relaxing SIMULTANEOUSLY. In other words, we can think more clearly and efficiently.

3)Medical Benefits - available as medicine legally until 1937. It appears in almost every known book of medicine written by ancient scholars. It is usually ranked among the top medicines, called 'panaceas', which means 'cure all'. List of diseases can be cure by cannabis include: multiple sclerosis, cancer treatment, AIDS, glaucoma, depression, epilepsy, migraine headache, asthma, pruritis, sclerodoma, severe pain an dystonia.

DISADVANTAGES

1) Cause short-term memory problems and it causes lung cancer and other smoking-related diseases, just like cigarettes.

2) Long term usage may lead to addiction. Also cause sleeplessness, decreased taste, bad temper and anxiety all which make it hard to quit. excessice may cause depression, anxiety, suicidal desire and schizophrenia.

3) Chronic use of marijuana, especially youngster may causes risk of mental illness, vulnerability, and exposure to violence. Heart beat is increased by 20 to 80 percent and this effect can last for over 3 hours.

4) Burns about three times hotter than cigarettes which could burn hair of lungs faster which will create cancerous cells to spread faster. Also coats the neuron in THC and wont allow neurons to connect. In easy word, may make you dumb.

Some people recognized it with the name of, DotA. 

Some people said, DotA is like a cocaine.

Some people look, DotA is a drug.

In malay word, they calling "Dunia Orang Tanpa Awek" - phrase for the boys 

is DotA aka Defence of the Ancients, such a bad thing/programme/application/sites/ etc... ?

 DotA 2, is a multiplayer online battle arena video game that has been officially released in july 2013 by, Valve Corporation, 

Platforms involved for this epic-game are Microsoft Windows, OS X, and also Linux.

The game is available exclusively through Valve's content-delivery platform, Steam.

Dota 2 has become the most actively played game on Steam, with daily peaks of over 800,000 concurrent player.

DotA 2, is played in discrete matches invloving two teams(each teams consists of five members). Each team occupied at own stronghold and the objective is to destroy opponent main buliding called 'Ancients'.

Each player will control one 'hero' / 'charcater' and focuses on leveling up, collecting gold, accquiring suitable item and fight against opponent to achieve victory.  

Choice of heroes.

The player may choose one hero from a selection pool of 108 that divided into 3 classes (Strength, Agility, Intelligence). Either by 'choose' 

or 'random'. What can I say, each hero have their own power and skill so it is unfair to say only certain hero are strong while other are weak. It is depending on how we play the hero and since each team consist of five player, "teamwork" is a very suitable word to describe this game.  

At least, DotA had taught the player to be a "teamwork" person. So, it is not a wasteful to play game like DotA.
