Despite working out and some exercises, diet, play very important role for those who wanna get 'buff' like him. Nowadays, teenagers tend to have more time to spend in working out and do some exercises, any kind of exercise, plus by taking some correct supplement to boost the metabolism of the body.

It is good to stay healthy and fit in our life !!

Based on Men's Health, there are several way to have the best diet for men. These are the 3 popular ways to eat. 



Snacks vs Meals

Six small meals - eat in small quantity per time but have it by 6 times per day. Combination of snacks and meals is one of the way to keep calories down. For example, 3 smaller-sized meals and 3 snacks.



Three squares a day - have a gap between lunch and dinner up to six or seven hours. This is to get pretty hungry and 'kaw-kaw' binge for the dinner.

Hungry in the afternoon can be solve by having a small snack, just to make sure stomach will not have 'kriuk-kriuk' sounds.



Fasting - "window" of eating. It is only have one or two meals without concerning the calories.

And during the "window", plan balanced meal properly just to ensure you're getting sufficient nutrients.
