how to overcome stress


There is no one who has never gone through stress. More or less, all of us have some mental stresses. But everyone cannot bear the mental stress smoothly. It affects or body and mind which leads to various disease. That’s why it is advised to overcome the mental stresses as soon as possible.
The following are few ways which will help to overcome the mental stresses:


                                                                                       
·         Take a deep breath, hold for a few seconds and then release through the mouth. While releasing breathe tend to enlarge the abdomen. Try this method, you will feel relax. Blood pressure will come down, mussel will get relaxed and hypertension will reduce.


One of the effective ways of getting relax is listening to favorite music. It may be classic, band or any movie song
